We zullen daarin de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">basisidee\u00ebn behandelen die belangrijk zijn bij het<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\"> integreren van meditatie en <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">mindfulness <\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">in je dagelijks leven. Dit doen we aan de hand van de vier kernaspecten van Dhammakaya-meditatie: aandacht, welzijn, consistentie en observatie. Elke avond zullen we ook samen mediteren om het geleerde meteen toe te passen. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">De cursus wordt gegeven door <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stichting-dhammakaya.nl\/nl\/wie-is-wie#lp_sander\">luang phi Sander<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">, op donderdagen, behalve als hieronder anders is aangegeven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Voor de meditatieavonden is een eenvoudige inschrijving nodig. Zie daarvoor het formulier hieronder.
