We zullen daarin de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">basisidee\u00ebn behandelen die belangrijk zijn bij het<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\"> integreren van meditatie en <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">mindfulness <\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">in je dagelijks leven. Dit doen we aan de hand van de vier kernaspecten van Dhammakaya-meditatie: aandacht, welzijn, consistentie en observatie. Elke avond zullen we ook samen mediteren om het geleerde meteen toe te passen. <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">De cursus wordt gegeven door <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.stichting-dhammakaya.nl\/nl\/wie-is-wie#lp_sander\">luang phi Sander<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">, op donderdagen, behalve als hieronder anders is aangegeven.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Als je niet zeker bent of de cursus iets voor jou is, kun je de eerste les als proefles volgen. De eerste avond wordt er ook een rondleiding gegeven. Voor de meditatieavonden is een eenvoudige inschrijving nodig. Zie daarvoor het formulier hieronder.
