Deze dag wordt verzorgd door <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stichting-dhammakaya.nl\/nl\/wie-is-wie\/\">Tom en lp Sander<\/a>. Tom geeft normaal online meditatieles, maar zal voor deze meditatiedag hier ter plaatse lesgeven.<\/p>\n<p>Op deze dag zullen we aandacht besteden aan het achtvoudig pad. Het achtvoudig pad is de kern van de beoefening in het boeddhisme, en wordt erkend door boeddhisten over de hele wereld. Daarnaast is er volop de mogelijkheid om ervaringen uit te wisselen, vragen te stellen en van elkaar te leren.
