We zullen daarin de basisidee\u00ebn behandelen die belangrijk zijn bij het<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">\u00a0integreren van meditatie en <\/span><em style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">mindfulness <\/em><span style=\"font-size: 1.125rem;\">in je dagelijks leven. Elke avond zullen we ook samen mediteren om het geleerde meteen toe te passen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>De avonden kunnen fysiek of online gevolgd worden, en zullen zowel op dinsdag als donderdag gegeven worden. Onderwerpen 4 en 5 worden enkel online gegeven. De leraren zijn <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stichting-dhammakaya.nl\/nl\/wie-is-wie\/\">luang phi Sander en Tom Van den Steen.<\/a> Lp Sander zal met name op de dinsdag lesgeven, en Tom op de donderdag.<\/p>\n<p>Je kunt je op dezelfde manier aanmelden als voor de overige online avonden.
